3. Uses of compressed sawdust

High heat output, low ash and dust ratio, moderate cost are the advantages that make sawdust wood pellets very popular in industrial and civil sectors. Some examples of industries using sawdust pellets include:

– Providing heat to support the laundry process in garment factories
– Providing heat for steaming, drying, pasteurizing, and sterilizing systems in food and beverage factories, etc.
– Providing heat for packaging processes in confectionery and food factories, etc.
– Drying fish meal and animal feed
– Providing heat for food processing systems, alcohol distillation systems, industrial kitchens, etc.
– Providing heat for sauna systems, hot water tanks in apartment buildings, etc.

5. Production process

– The purchased sawdust must have a moisture content of about 12 – 14% before it can be pressed into blocks. For sawdust with higher moisture content, it must go through a dryer system to dry to the above moisture content.

– After reaching the required humidity, the sawdust will be transported to the conveyor belt and into the feeder of the sawdust block press. The raw materials will then be compressed at high pressure to produce sawdust blocks without using any additives or chemicals.

– After the finished product is the pressed sawdust blocks, they will be placed in jumbo bags, placed on pallets and packed into 40’HC containers to be pulled to the port of export.
